Introduction

SinglepointAI Inc. (“SinglepointAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a data infrastructure layer for retirement plan administration—helping TPAs, recordkeepers, document providers, and platforms capture, validate, and move plan data across systems they already use.

We understand that you care about your personal privacy, and we take that seriously. This Privacy Notice describes our policies and practices regarding collection and use of personal data and sets forth your privacy rights. Information privacy is an ongoing responsibility, and we may update this Notice as our practices evolve. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page.

This page is publicly accessible without login. Product processing of customer plan data is also governed by the applicable customer agreement and any data processing addendum.

  • Name
  • Job title
  • Employer or organization name and type

Use of the SinglepointAI website

Like most websites, our site may collect certain information automatically and store it in log files. This may include IP address, general location derived from IP, browser type, operating system, referring pages, and pages viewed. Use of SinglepointAI services

When you or your organization use SinglepointAI products, we process personal data as needed to provide the service under the customer agreement. That may include account administration data (such as user names and work emails) and plan-related data your organization submits for processing. Customer plan data is processed to deliver contracted workflows—such as document ingestion, validation, field mapping, delivery, and related automation—and is subject to tenant isolation and contractual restrictions.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, plan participant records, or other sensitive personal information through the public website contact form.

When and how we share information with third parties

Personal information we collect may be stored in databases hosted by cloud service providers located in the United States. Those providers use personal information only to provide storage and related infrastructure services to us.

We may engage service providers to help operate our business (for example, email delivery, CRM, website form handling, analytics, or cloud hosting). We do not otherwise reveal your personal data to non-SinglepointAI persons or businesses for their independent use unless:

  1. You request or authorize it;
  2. It is provided to comply with law, enforce an agreement, or protect rights, property, or safety;
  3. It is provided to agents, vendors, or service providers performing functions on our behalf;
  4. It is needed to address emergencies; or
  5. It is needed to address disputes or claims, or to persons with legal authority to act on your behalf.

We may disclose aggregated, non-personally identifiable information about website visitors or service usage to partners and service providers for operational or analytical purposes.

If you share content from our site through third-party services (such as LinkedIn), those services’ own privacy policies apply.
