After decades of working in fintech and alongside retirement plan service providers, co-founder Tom Loch saw firsthand how fragmented systems, manual processes, and disconnected data created delays, errors, and limited growth. Rather than building a patchwork of fixes, he envisioned a purpose-built platform — one that could intelligently connect workflows, reduce friction, and enable teams to deliver faster, better outcomes.

To bring that vision to life, he partnered with Harsha Nutalapati, a seasoned technologist with deep expertise in AI, automation, and scalable cloud technologies — and a passion for building systems that solve real-world pain points. Tom built the industry’s first IRA rollover platform — Rollover Solutions Network — a game-changing system that streamlined the transfer of retirement assets to IRAs. It transformed how plan sponsors and participants managed rollovers and set a new standard for automation in the space. The platform remains a benchmark in the industry today, even under a different name.

Before co-founding SinglepointAI, Tom served as Senior Vice President at Envestnet, where he was recruited to establish and lead the company’s Retirement Services Division. During his tenure, he helped architect a foundation that seamlessly integrated fiduciary support and advanced data processing — reshaping the retirement ecosystem for fiduciaries, recordkeepers, and advisors.
